I used to be a FamilyMart guy. Then I learned how useful Seven Eleven is and how you can use and pay for things even in America, so I was a loyal follower. But this time there’s a Lawsons close by and it’s been literally keeping me alive. It is my closest “resturant” since there isn’t much around and I don’t have a kitchen. It has snacks, I have paid for event tickets there, and it was where I bought a lot of the daily household items I’ve needed, especially when I don’t have time to walk to more specialized stores. I’m really feeling how it’s a quasi third place and a pillar of my neighborhood.
