My Last Seattle Cocktail

My last cocktail in Seattle was at Canon. I love this little bar for its unwavering attention to detail, mood, and unconditional attitude. It’s the only bar I’ve been to where, because they won’t seat a party of 5 or more I ended up on my own at the bar while Jovel and her coworker friends hung out at a table and I was more than happy to read and hangout with a fancy Manhattan or a Sazerac. It was the perfect place to cheer to the end of our Seattle adventure and to cheer on the upcoming Japan life we’re going to lead.
