First Coffee of Japan

Kiel’s Coffee in Akihabara is one of the coolest coffee houses I’ve been to. They have a large selection of pourovers and each comes with an info card. This should be basic but I’m surprised by how many coffeeshops in Seattle don’t have pourovers or have a single bean available. There were also beans that were processed with koji. They had an unusual aroma and taste. I’d like to look into this more!
